Stage 2: CO-ORDINATING PRE CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION



  1. Liaise with Architect and Engineer / Building regulations
  2. Register site for warranty and building control
  3. Apply for SAP ratings / robust detail (if applicable)
  4. Set up pre-contract health and safety plan
  5. Initial programme of works
  6. Demolition required? Send section 80 notification to L.A.
  7. Terminate existing services
  8. F10 notification to H.S.E
  9. Clear site and prepare for construction
