  2. Set up construction phase health and safety plan / Begin collating H & S file
  3. Subcontractor enquiries / stats quotations
  4. Schedule materials / send out supplier enquiries
  5. Collate quotation results and liaise with client
  6. Client cost summary based on quotations
  7. Confirm programme of works / deliveries
  8. Place subcontractor orders / stats orders / material orders on behalf of client
